2. Account Creation & Security

  • Each user is only permitted to maintain one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
  • All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. grab33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents, such as a Malaysian identification card, at any time.
  • Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.

Account Security

  • Do not share your account password with anyone, including family members or friends. grab33 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
  • If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact grab33's customer support team immediately at [email protected].
  • Users who access another person's account, or allow others to use their own account, are in breach of these terms and may face account termination.

3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules

Grab33 users are required to comply with all platform usage rules. The following outlines prohibited conduct and the responsibilities each user must uphold.

Strictly Prohibited Conduct

  • Using any software, bots, scripts, or automated methods to exploit games, manipulate outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of false payment information, another person's bank account, or conducting unlawful transactions.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
  • Disrupting platform operations, attempting to hack the system, or carrying out any action that may compromise the data security of other users.
  • Making false claims for bonuses, promotions, or rewards that the user is not eligible for.

Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, as well as forfeiture of the account balance without compensation.

4. Payment Information & Transactions

All transactions on the grab33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via approved payment methods, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and local bank transfers.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made using a payment method registered in their own name. The use of third-party payment methods without prior written consent from grab33 is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, subject to full account verification and compliance with the relevant wagering requirements. grab33 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for investigation purposes if any suspicious activity is detected.

All transactions that have been confirmed and credited into the game are final. grab33 is not liable for any losses arising from input errors made by the user during a transaction.

Account Termination & Suspension

Grab33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or any action that compromises the integrity of the platform.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team. Any eligible balance will be refunded upon completion of the verification process, subject to all applicable conditions being met.

Intellectual Property

All content on the grab33 platform — including designs, graphics, logos, text, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of grab33 and is protected under intellectual property law.

Users may not copy, redistribute, sell, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from grab33.

Third-Party Links & Governing Law

The grab33 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. grab33 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the grab33 platform will be resolved through the appropriate mechanisms under Malaysian jurisdiction.

Grab33 reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of the current conditions that apply.
